Simon Maxfield competing in the London Marathon in Wills' Memory

Will Payne was an alumni of the school where I am privileged to be Headteacher. During his time at the school, and particularly during his sixth form years, Will was a powerful role model to others - he was always the first to volunteer to help with school events, other students or support of staff.

Will would have definitely ran the London Marathon to raise money at some point, and so I would very much like to run it in his memory, raising vital and needed funds for SUDEP Action and the work that they do. Those that know me know that I am unfit, overweight and severely middle aged - this will be no simple task, but it is one I am determined to do as a way of paying my respects to Will. I do hope that you can help me to raise money through sponsorship - every penny counts, of course so do the pounds!
